Government announces suspension of HIPs |
As of the 21st May 2010 Home Information Packs (HIPs) are suspended by the new coalition government. The news has been welcomed by the majority of the businesses involved in the property market. It will still be necessary for an Energy Performance Certificate to be provided within 28 days of marketing your property.
