Boundaries
Whether you own residential property, farmland or commercial premises from time to time the boundaries of your land can present a problem. A neighbour may attempt to argue that part of the land which you had understood to be yours in fact belongs to them. On the other hand, sometimes it may be advantageous to establish that you are not the owner of a particular boundary feature to avoid liability for the cost of its repair.
Whatever the boundary problem or question our team can assist you to resolve the matter. We have close contacts with structural and land surveyors who can be involved to assist and access to specialist property barristers to provide all the advice you require.
As well as litigation within the Court system we have experience in alternative forms of dispute resolution such as mediation which can be particularly effective in the case of neighbour disputes where it is important to try to maintain relations for the future.
