Charles was born in Newton Abbot. Having read Medicine at Southampton and Law at Exeter, he joined Harold Michelmore Solicitors in 2006. He practises in the Wills, Tax and Inheritance Department and has particular interests in Tax Law, Chancery Litigation and the Coroner's Court.
