Emergency Protection: domestic violence and abduction of children
We can advise on emergency procedures if you are suffering violence from a partner, ex-partner or relative. These can include Occupation Orders – to either get you back into a property or to remove a violent partner or relative – and Non-molestation Orders to protect you from harm, threats of harm or harassment, or Orders pursuant to the Protection from Harassment Act. This is a difficult area and we will explore with you very carefully what remedies are available to your circumstances.
