HIPs are now compulsory when you market properties with over 3 bedrooms. Depending on the success of the initial launch the government may introduce mandatory HIPs so that majority of sellers of residential property in England and Wales will have to provide a HIP before the property is placed on the market for sale. We hope to use the HIP to speed up the conveyancing process by producing a high quality complete HIP, for no initial fee, in conjunction with the Law Society’s HIP.
Our HIPs are portable between Estate Agents. You will only have to pay for the content of the HIP with no additional fees.
