OUR ONLINE CONVEYANCING SERVICE
We are pleased to announce that we have launched our new Residential Property Online Conveyancing Site.
When we open a sale or purchase file for you we can provide you with a user name and password to enable you to gain access to the site, and check the progress of your conveyancing transaction.
The site’s most important feature is the Case Plan showing items that have been completed in black and those still to be completed in green. The items listed will include:-
Sending out draft Contracts on a sale
Replying to enquiries on a sale
When we have applied for searches on a purchase
Whether we have received a mortgage offer on the purchase
All these important milestones in a conveyancing process can be shown in the Case Plan on the Online Site.
We can also issue your estate agent with a password should you wish so that they can also view the matter online.

Instructions for Demo:-
1. Type " austin " in both the username and password boxes
2. Click on Log In button
3. The screen will say "The website cannot display the page", but please do not panic as this will be corrected as soon as possible.
4. Click the "Case Selection" button in the top left hand section of the screen and you will enter the Demo section for either the "Purchase of" (P/O) or "Sale of" (S/O) The House.
5. Click on the various pink tabs at the top of the Demo case matter to view the various entries.
